Description
Castagnaccio - this cake - a cross between a dessert and bread, originally from Tuscany. The recipe is no longer for the contest, and because of him. In search of Italian food and came across this wonder and I remembered that I could not find the use of chestnut flour. If you suddenly find yourself in the same situation, remember this simple recipe. Recommended to fans of the chestnut trees!

Cooking
Soak in cold water raisins for 10 minutes, coarsely chop the nuts.
Knead the dough from flour, water, nuts, 3 tbsp olive oil and a pinch of salt. Interestingly, chestnut flour itself is sweet so sugar won't be needed. The batter should be like thick cream.
Shape with a diameter of 30 cm greased with olive oil, place the dough, sprinkle raisins, sprinkle with rosemary and pour with a teaspoon of remaining olive oil (2 tbsp). Bake for 30-40 minutes in a preheated to 180*C oven.
