1) Onion peel, finely chop and fry in sunflower oil until Golden brown. 2)Carrots cut into julienne strips, add to the onions and also fry. 3) Then add the zucchini, chopped into small cubes. Simmer until the liquid boils away. 4)After add the tomatoes, cut into small slices and cabbage. 5)mix Everything, season with salt and pepper. Add a tablespoon of tomato paste, ketchup and mayonnaise (optional). Add the potatoes, diced. 6) Separately cut into small pieces of chicken and fry until cooked. 7)Add chicken to vegetables and simmer some more until cooked. 8)Add the greens. 9)DONE! Can be served cold and hot.
