I'm fairly lukewarm about Chinese cuisine. But this dish had in mind. Very juicy meat in a wine marinade.

Cooking
Meat wash, remove the film, cut in small pieces. Pickling in wine +1 tablespoon of soy sauce. Pepper. Leave for 20 minutes.
Peppers, carrots and onions cut into small cubes. The egg and lightly whisk starch, salt.
Half of the orange peel, remove seeds and membranes, cut into small pieces. Beans put in boiling water, boil for 7 minutes. Fill with cold water, allow stand for 2 minutes and discard in a colander.
Meat pour the egg mixture and fry on high heat until tender. In a saucepan, mix the broth, vinegar, soy sauce and tomato paste. Bring to a boil. Add carrots, peppers and onions, stir.
Reduce the heat, add the pork, beans and orange. Stir, cover with a lid and tormented for 3 minutes.
