I love chicken in any form (except raw, of course). For me, the stuffed chicken is a good dish for any table and with any content. In this recipe offer the option of stuffed vegetables.

Cooking
At this stage we just need to cook the chicken in the oven. So bake the chicken as you normally used to do. The process does not matter. I sprinkled with salt and pepper and...
Pickled. For the marinade I usually use all that is in the fridge (this can be mayonnaise, mustard, ketchup, hot sauce)... And put it in the oven to bake. This time I used mustard, ketchup and a little honey.
While the chicken is baked, prepare the filling. Cut the onion into cubes, the pepper in small strips, and carrots three on a grater and fry in vegetable oil until tender.
Then add a handful of croutons and pour the beaten egg with the milk and the chopped greens, sprinkle lightly with salt and fry for couple of minutes, with constant stirring.

Get ready chicken from the oven and cut in half (you can give the chicken cool slightly, this is what you want). This is best done with the help of special scissors for cutting poultry.
Put inside each half of chicken grilled vegetable mixture.
Sprinkle top with grated cheese (cheese not regret) and bake for about 10-15 minutes. We need the cheese melted.
If the vegetable filling you have left, you can stuff it in the peppers, sprinkle with cheese and place in oven along with chicken.
That's all. Chicken stuffed with vegetables is ready. On the dish lay out lettuce leaves and serve the chicken to the table.
