Red lentils with mushrooms
A delicious meatless dish, loved by children and men. The recipe is simple and prepared quickly.

Ingredients

  • Mushrooms

    400 g

  • Lentils

    1 cup

  • Carrots

    1 piece

  • Onion

    1 piece

  • Greens

  • Garlic

    3 tooth

  • Spices

So, we will need these products.

Onions cut into strips, carrots grate on a coarse grater and fry for about 5 minutes in olive oil.

Then add to it the mushrooms, sliced. And fry for another 5-7 minutes.

When the mushrooms cooked through, add to them the washed red lentils, stir.

Then add water, salt, spices to taste (I only add pepper), parsley, finely chopped garlic.

Cover with a lid and tormented on a slow fire for 10-15 minutes until the lentils are tender. Then insist 5-10 minutes. Bon appetit!
