Turkey hearts
Tender and delicious Turkey hearts with mushrooms perfectly diversify your everyday menu. All my household openly dislike any offal, but this dish never wrinkle their noses and gladly devours hearts. You can also try these 2 options of cooking.

  • Mushrooms

    500 g

  • Onion

    3 piece

  • Chili

    1 piece

  • Bay leaf

    2 piece

  • Allspice

    6 piece

  • Greens

    1 coup

Cooking

Boil the hearts in salted water, add the Bay leaf and black peppercorn, about 40 minutes. Then cool them and cut into circles.

Now lay out here already sliced Turkey hearts and greens (who likes what). I have herbs frozen in butter. Try, add salt, pepper, or versatile flavoring. Stir some more and keep on the fire under the lid. That's all, hearts are ready. Eat and enjoy.

You can make this dish with gravy, this takes a little longer to put out the hearts under the lid, then add the broth in which the boiled hearts (boiled water) and sour cream.
