Took the Scotch eggs. Changed the ground beef, bread crumbs and get the cake "with a surprise". Very tasty and unusual.

Cooking
Quail eggs to boil.
Meat and onions should be cut into small pieces, garlic to clean.
Scroll through the meat, onion and garlic through a meat grinder. I ran 2 times.
Season the mince with salt, pepper, add sour cream.
Breadcrumbs mixed with sesame seeds.
Beat egg with a fork with 1 tsp of water.
From stuffing make a flapjack in the center lay an egg.
Then again in egg and breadcrumbs with sesame seeds.
Fry in boiling oil for 7-10 minutes on each side.
Lay out the cutlets on a paper towel to soak up excess fat.
Spread in the baking dish on baking paper.
Bring to readiness in the oven, preheated to 180 degrees for 20-30 minutes.
