Decided to try a new recipe of semolina pancakes, but instead of powdered milk I got a regular... Maybe it played a role.. Crepes plump, and I love the delicate and fluffy. Why they had to "revive". Came out very tasty! Recipe pancakes write - suddenly someone will like and do it better than me. Pancakes: 2 eggs break in a bowl, add salt, sugar to taste, milk powder and 500 ml of warm water. Pour semolina, stir and gradually add the flour to make a dough "a little thicker than for pancakes". A good knead. Stirring, pour in the boiling water to the desired "pancake" consistency. Add soda, slaked vinegar and 2 tbsp razdelnogo oil. Stir well and bake pancakes. Protein vzbit in foam. Gradually add sugar, continuing to mix. Pancake grease with a thin layer of protein cream, and fold in half.
