Vegetable balls
During lent you can not only cook a tasty dish, but at the same time useful.

Ingredients

  • Beets

    1 piece

  • Carrots

    1 piece

  • Onion

    1 piece

  • Potatoes

    2 piece

  • Apple

    1 piece

  • Flour

    1 Tbsp

  • Bread crumbs

    50 g

  • Olive oil

    100 ml

  • Spices

  • Green onions

    50 g

  • Parsley

    50 g

Cooking

Boiled beets, carrots, potatoes peel and grate on a fine grater.

Peel the onion and finely chop.Apple peel and grate on a coarse grater.And add to the vegetables in the dish.

Add to vegetables flour,spices and all mix well.If you want only orange meatballs,then cook without the addition of beets.

From vegetable stuffing to form small balls that roll in breadcrumbs from all sides. And fry the meatballs in olive oil. Vegetable "Vitaminka" is served to the table. I have bags of pita,which is initially browned in the oven.
