Cooking
Dates clear from the bones and chop. to make it easier to chop the dates, moisten the knife in cold water. walnut also crumble with a knife. in a bowl add oats, dates, nuts, powdered milk, baking powder, salt and vanilla. mix well.
Chocolate broken into pieces (I have candy), add the butter and melt in the microwave on full power 2 minutes or in a water bath with not much boiling water, stirring occasionally. cool slightly.
Square baking pan 25x25 cm or other suitable size, lubricated with oil and laid paper. preheat the oven to 180*C if there is no paper to grease the pan a little more oil.
To dry ingredients add chocolate and beaten eggs, don't forget about molasses or honey (and other substitutes). honey or molasses can be directly mixed into the chocolate.
Pour into pan and bake for 20-25 minutes. the edges of the mixture should harden slightly, and in the middle to stay soft.
Ready gingerbread cake cools, cut into pieces. do not forget to remove the paper. if the cakes are not eaten immediately, then try to hold them in the refrigerator, they will become more soft and delicate taste. store in a container with a tight fitting lid. Bon appetit.
