Ingredients

  • Pork

    1 kg

  • Soy sauce

    8 Tbsp

  • Sugar

    4 tsp

  • Dry white wine

    4 tsp

  • Zucchini

    800 g

  • Tomato

    400 g

  • Flour

    4 Tbsp

  • Butter

  • Salt

Pork wash, dry, and cut into small pieces.

To prepare the marinade, mix in a bowl 4 tbsp of soy sauce, sugar and wine. Then, add the flour and mix thoroughly.

In the resulting marinade place the sliced pork pieces and leave for 30 min.

Zucchini and tomatoes wash, cut in half, and cut into small slices.

Heat oil in a deep frying pan, fry the pork pieces over high heat for 5 min and carefully add a skimmer on a dish.

Prepared zucchini and tomato put in the same pan and sauté, stirring, over high heat 5 min. Then the vegetables, place the pork pieces, stir, add 400 ml of hot water, 4 tbsp of soy sauce, lightly salt and simmer for 10 min.
