Caramel salmon
This unexpected recipe I read in a magazine the Deli. On Your Desk and offer the salmon in caramel with spicy spinach. Incredible taste!!!

Ingredients

  • Salmon

    300 g

  • Spinach

    200 g

  • Brown sugar

    2 Tbsp

  • Vinegar

    2 Tbsp

  • Soy sauce

    1 Tbsp

  • Sauce

    150 g

We need: salmon, spinach, brown sugar, balsamic vinegar, soy sauce and sauce "Mexicana La Costena"

Salmon remove skin and bones.

Prepare the sauce-the sauce: 2 tbsp vinegar and 2 tbsp of brown sugar heated in a saucepan until the sugar is dissolved.

Pour into a bowl and add soy sauce. Stir.

Spinach put in a pan and fry in olive oil.
