Cooking
We need: salmon, spinach, brown sugar, balsamic vinegar, soy sauce and sauce "Mexicana La Costena"
Salmon remove skin and bones.
Prepare the sauce-the sauce: 2 tbsp vinegar and 2 tbsp of brown sugar heated in a saucepan until the sugar is dissolved.
Pour into a bowl and add soy sauce. Stir.
Spinach put in a pan and fry in olive oil.
Cook until then, until the spinach is fully disclosed.
Ready to shift the spinach to the blender.
To the spinach add the sauce "La Costenа", which makes the taste of spinach spicy. Salt and pepper is not needed.
To blend the spinach until smooth and place on a plate.
Salmon spread in a baking tray lined with baking paper. Coat with sauce and place in a preheated 200 degree oven under the grill. When salmon is browned, put it on spinach, garnish with cherry tomatoes and red pepper. Bon appetit!
