Pork with apples
Marinated pork roast with apples. The meat turns out tender.

Ingredients

  • Loin

    800 g

  • Apple

    4 piece

  • Sauce

    1 Tbsp

  • Garlic

    2 tooth

  • Spices

  • Cognac

    50 ml

  • Mayonnaise

    2 Tbsp

Take the meat, cut into steaks, thickness of 1-2 cm on the one hand the meat is not cut to form a fan.
