Stuffed with liver and beans
For those who love stuffed with the original stuffing.

Ingredients

  • Cabbage

    1 plug

  • Chicken liver

    500 g

  • Beans

    300 g

  • Spices

  • Salt

  • Black pepper

  • Sour cream

  • Onion

Boil the cabbage, previously cut the stalk. The liver is folded into a saucepan, add the Bay leaf, pepper, onion, cover with water and cook for 10 minutes.

Boiled or canned beans, slightly mash with a potato masher.

The liver is chopped with a knife into small pieces. To connect the liver and beans, season with salt and pepper.
