Okra with fish in tomato sauce
If You want to surprise your loved ones an unusual dish, then this recipe is for You!!! Tender fish is perfectly combined with tender fruits of okra, complementing the taste of vegetables and mushrooms.

Ingredients

  • Okra

    400 g

  • Sole

    700 g

  • Mushrooms

    300 g

  • Pepper

    2 piece

  • Onion

    3 piece

  • Tomato paste

    300 g

  • Broth

    400 ml

  • Soy sauce

    1 Tbsp

  • Spices

  • Butter

Onion, bell pepper and mushrooms cut into pieces of medium size.

Okra wash under warm water.

Fry until soft onions and bell pepper for 5 minutes.

After 5 minutes add the mushrooms. Salt, pepper. Simmer another 5 minutes.

300 ml of broth add the soy sauce and pour all the vegetables. Simmer under a lid for about 15 minutes, stirring occasionally.
