Cooking
First make applesauce from apples. With apples peel and core. Cut at random. Pour 2-3 tablespoons of water and then boil it. Once the apples are well boiled, remove from heat.
Wipe the apples through a sieve or blend with blender.
Soak raisins in hot water. Raisins can be replaced by any dry fruit according to your taste.
Flakes fry in a dry pan with cinnamon. Leave it to cool. I use flakes "7 cereals" from TM "Mistral".
The cheese, the raisins, coffee and Apple sauce in a blender. Put in cereal.
Knead thoroughly and form cakes. I got 10 pieces of Cocoa sift on a plate and roll the cakes in the cocoa.
To remove the cakes in the fridge for a few hours and preferably overnight.
