Pork in sour cream sauce
Pork... just pork. Not fried, not steak... in a cream sauce... tender and soft meat.

Ingredients

  • Pork

    1 kg

  • Carrots

    1 piece

  • Onion

    1 piece

  • Seasoning

  • Bay leaf

    2 piece

  • Black pepper

  • Sour cream

    150 g

  • Corn starch

    2 Tbsp

Pieces of pork and put it in a pan and put on plate. About 15-20 minutes to cook, add the onion, carrots. Gotovim sauce: corn starch (or a flour) two tablespoons bred in water and then add sour cream. Pour into the pan. Now spice. Meat seasoning, Bay leaf. You can add a little curry for flavor and beautiful color.

The meat is ready serve with boiled potatoes and sautéed asparagus. Sprinkle with green onions. A clove of garlic
