Cooking
In a bowl, mix bread crumbs, chopped garlic and cabbage. Add salt and pepper to taste, beat the egg, mix well.
Put the mixture in chicken mince, add the walnuts, mix well.
Baking tray lay a foil greased with butter. Of minced meat blind little meatballs, put on a baking tray and bake at 200 deg. 10-15 minutes. Wooden skewers soak in cold water for 20-30 minutes.

For the sauce, mix the sugar, starch and grated ginger, pour in the chicken broth, vinegar and honey, stir well. Bring to boil, cook over low heat, stirring, 2 minutes until thick.
Meatballs remove from the oven, cool slightly. Strung on skewers, meatballs, grapes and cherry tomatoes, blowing between them undulating ribbon of zucchini or squash.
To coat the kebabs with sauce and bake another 15-20 minutes at temperature of 180 degrees. Serve with the remaining sauce. It turns out a lot you can do half the norm.
