Corn casserole with mushrooms and bacon
Very tasty and juicy snack with a sharp taste.

Ingredients

  • Corn grits

    300 g

  • Water

    1300 ml

  • Fat

    350 g

  • Onion

    2 piece

  • Mushrooms

    300 g

  • Tomato paste

    3 Tbsp

  • Adjika

    1 tsp

  • Parsley

I cooked corn porridge so: washed 500 g of cereals, filled it with 1500 ml of cold water, let boil, salt, turn down the fire, prevarila 20 min., stirring constantly, then covered with a towel and left but the night. I cooked porridge for two meals, so I got so many cereals. For a casserole you need 300 gr of cereals and 900 ml of water. Porridge cook until tender on a slow fire or in such a way that I cooked. That's such a mess should get.
