Pike perch stuffed with shrimp
Shrimp and sweet sauce gives the fish a mild, delicate taste.

Ingredients

  • Fish

    1 piece

  • Onion

    2 piece

  • Shrimp

    200 g

  • Mushrooms

    300 g

  • Sour cream

  • Flour

Fish clean, remove the skin, separate the meat from the bones, cut into cubes.

1 onion finely chop and fry in butter. Mix the chopped fish, onions and shrimp. Season with salt and pepper, mix well.
