Fish clean, remove the skin, separate the meat from the bones, cut into cubes.
1 onion finely chop and fry in butter. Mix the chopped fish, onions and shrimp. Season with salt and pepper, mix well.
Stuff the prepared paste over the skin of the fish. Bake in the oven until cooked – about 40 minutes. The hat and cigar of dough (flour + water, deep-fry).
Mushrooms cut into slices, onion – quarter-rings, fry. Add sour cream, 1 tablespoon flour and simmer until thick. On the dish lay out "cushion" of mushrooms with onions,
top our fish. Decorate as desired.
