Eggplant casserole
From a simple set of products turned out delicious eggplant "towers".

Ingredients

  • Minced meat

    300 g

  • Onion

    0.5 piece

  • Eggplant

    1 piece

  • Tomato

    6 Tbsp

  • Cheese

    6 piece

  • Figure

    4 handful

  • Parmesan

    30 g

  • Salt

  • Black pepper

  • Dry white wine

    0.5 cup

First I want to inform you, dear cooks that can use the meat any. I still have cevapcici, which consisted of equal parts beef and pork, onion, garlic, salt and pepper. Overcook the onions, add the beef. When the change color, pour the wine and allow to evaporate.
