Congratulations to all Chefs female Holiday 8th of March! And on this beautiful day I want to treat You to some extraordinary, delicious and flavorful cookies. Crispy tender dough and delicious poppy-nut filling with a slight aroma of cinnamon. Biscuits are simple to prepare and ready fast enough!

Ingredients

  • Flour

    380 g

  • Butter

    230 g

  • Chicken egg

    2 piece

  • Yogurt

    2 Tbsp

  • Brown sugar

    100 g

  • Leavening agent

    1 Tbsp

  • Salt

    0.333 tsp

  • Coconut shavings

    1 Tbsp

  • Mac

    1 cup

  • Milk

    0.5 cup

  • Honey

    0.5 cup

  • Raisins

    0.25 cup

  • Cinnamon

    0.5 tsp

  • Nuts

    0.5 cup

  • Juice

    1 Tbsp

  • Yolk egg

    2 piece

  • Milk

    2 Tbsp

Cooking

Mac pour boiling water, leave for 1 hour, then press through several layers of cheesecloth. Skip twice through a meat grinder.

For the dough sift the flour with salt and baking powder, add coconut flakes.

Add the sugar. I use fine brown sugar TM Mistral. It has a caramel flavor and is perfect for baking and desserts.

Add the poppy milk, honey, raisins and cook on low heat until thick mass.
