Cooking
Mac pour boiling water, leave for 1 hour, then press through several layers of cheesecloth. Skip twice through a meat grinder.
For the dough sift the flour with salt and baking powder, add coconut flakes.
Add the sugar. I use fine brown sugar TM Mistral. It has a caramel flavor and is perfect for baking and desserts.
Add the diced cold butter. RUB into crumbs.
Beat eggs with fork, with yogurt.
To add to the other ingredients and knead the dough. Gather the dough into a ball, put on the table and slightly flatten into a pancake. Fold it in half, slightly flatten out again. To do so 6 times. Cover with plastic wrap and put into the refrigerator for 1 hour.
Add the poppy milk, honey, raisins and cook on low heat until thick mass.
Remove from heat, add juice, cinnamon, and chopped nuts. Stir and allow to cool.
Roll out the dough, cut out circles with a diameter of about 6 see
Put in the center a spoonful of the stuffing and staple in three places, forming a triangle.
Lubricate with a mixture of egg yolks and milk.
Bake in a preheated 180 degree oven for about 15 minutes.
And with the Holiday, dear women!
