Rolls of pork with scrambled eggs

Pork cut into layers, repel, salt, pepper
Do onlynow mixture: 3 eggs, milk, salt
From this mass you should get 3 thin omelettes. Fry, every sprinkling of chopped green onions
Omelets cut into desired size chunks, put the meat and turn roll
All rolls put on smazany the pan with oil, add a little water and put in the oven, preheated to a temperature of 200 degrees
In warm water add crushed garlic (to taste), 1 tbsp. sour cream, salt, stir and after 20 min poured into a form with rolls
Bake until done, basting regularly with a little water. Serve best with rice that the water can be poured! It turns out very tasty!
