Cooking
Cauliflower divide into florets, boil in boiling water for 3-4 minutes. Drain in a colander, to give a well drain, and cool. Grind the cauliflower in a blender.
In a bowl, combine the minced cabbage, eggs, season with salt and pepper, add the lemon juice. Pour bran (I have wheat). Mix well.
Baking tray lay a parchment, grease with vegetable oil. Form of cabbage minced small balls, slightly flatten, forming a round pancake.
Bake in a preheated 190 degree oven for 10 minutes, then carefully flip the fritters and bake another 10 minutes. Pancakes are ready to remove from the pan. Serve with sour cream!
