Fluffy pancakes with cinnamon
Well, who doesn't know how to bake pancakes? Bake them and I have long and quite successfully, from what is available, by eye measuring ingredients. But this time the Browns made strictly according to the recipe. It is very appetizing they looked on the cover of a magazine. Pancakes turned out very tasty, moderately sweet, with a delicate, slightly perceptible aroma of cinnamon and creamy taste, it is absolutely not greasy. In one word, was perfect!!!

Ingredients

  • Flour

    350 g

  • Yogurt

    500 ml

  • Chicken egg

    1 piece

  • Sugar

    2 Tbsp

  • Salt

    1 tsp

  • Soda

    0.5 tsp

  • Cinnamon

    0.5 tsp

  • Melted butter

Bring all ingredients to room temperature. In a large bowl, beat the egg with sugar in a lush foam.

Pour in the yogurt and whisk.

In a separate bowl, mix the flour with cinnamon, soda and salt.

Add flour mixture to egg and mix thoroughly. Cover the bowl with a towel and leave in a warm place for 30-40 minutes.

Very hot pan (preferably cast iron), lightly greased with melted butter. Put the dough by tablespoon, stirring it in the bowl.

Bake on a medium heat. Ready pancakes to put in a bowl or a pan under the lid.

Pancakes can be sprinkled with powdered sugar.
