Banana pancakes
I want to offer You to cook light and healthy Breakfast, especially, it will delight children, because these pancakes turn out very tasty and tender! Besides, this recipe is very good when left with a few overripe bananas and don't know where to use them!

Ingredients

  • Banana

    3 piece

  • Chicken egg

    1 piece

  • Sugar

    100 g

  • Cinnamon

    0.5 tsp

  • Vanilla sugar

    1 tsp

  • Flour

    200 g

  • Milk

    150 ml

  • Leavening agent

    1 tsp

  • Vegetable oil

    5 Tbsp

This is all the necessary products.

Wash, peel, cut the bananas and Buriram them with blender but it can be done with a fork.

In a separate bowl, combine sugar, egg, vanilla sugar and cinnamon and whip everything with a whisk.

Add mashed banana to the egg-sugar mixture and mix well.

Now add to the resulting mass of the sifted flour and baking powder. Again mix everything thoroughly.

Add to the dough gradually the milk and stir well. Milk may take slightly less or more depending on the size of bananas. The dough should get as thick sour cream.

Spread on a heated pan our pancakes with a spoon.

Fry on medium heat under a lid until Golden brown, then carefully turn pancakes to the other side, again cover with lid and bring to readiness.
