Beer bread with bacon and cheese
Tender, flavorful, hearty bread with a rich flavor of smoked bacon and cheese. Solid crunchy crust and fluffy crumb. Bread is a wonderful base for pates, cold meats and thick sauces. Great stuff at the picnic! Everything is done very quickly, the dough is mixed with a spoon and immediately baked.

  • Flour

  • Sugar

  • Salt

    1 tsp

  • Leavening agent

    1 Tbsp

  • Dutch cheese

    1 cup

  • Beer

    330 ml

  • Butter

    4 Tbsp

  • Bacon

    50 g

  • Wholegrain wheat flour

    1 cup
