Cooking
Puree is best to cook at night, so it cooled and thickened. The peas I soaked for 30 minutes, pulled back in a colander. Put in a saucepan filled with 3 cups water (750 ml). Cooked half an hour and added millet. Cooked everything until tender-until smooth. At the end of cooking added a bit of salt. Not broken. Mashed potatoes cool completely.
Oil into a puree, pour 30 ml 20 ml leave to grease the top of the formed pancakes.
Soy sauce combine the butter and pour in pea-millet mashed potatoes. Mix thoroughly.
Formed pancakes. They are perfectly formed. From this mash I got 12 pieces of pancakes. Spread on a baking sheet or as I like-a pizza non-stick. Spread, leaving a distance of pancakes. With a brush coat the top of the pancakes, the rest of the butter. Put in preheated oven until t 180 C for 30 minutes. Be guided by your oven. Pancakes needs to dry a bit. top.
