The beets thoroughly wash, place in foil, add a little olive oil and bake in the oven. I took a little and here is what I got...
Take a saucepan, put butter, when the butter has melted, put back our nice beet, huh? Add salt to taste, sugar, citric acid; then put the sour cream, stir, a little gray this mass...... and all our salad is ready.
