Squid with kiwi and ginger
On BBC TV there is a program "Ready Steady Cook". Where professional chefs prepare delicious dishes in 20 minutes. I offer one of them.

Ingredients

  • Squid

    3 piece

  • Kiwi

    1 piece

  • Red onion

    1 piece

  • Peppers red hot chilli

    1 piece

  • Carrots

    1 piece

  • Broccoli

    4 piece

  • Ginger

  • Sesame oil

    3 Tbsp

  • Lemon juice

  • Sauce

    3 l

Cooking

Kiwi cut into cubes.

Squid strips and add to the kiwi.

While squid are marinated, cut red onion half rings, bell pepper and carrot strips. Broccoli disassemble on inflorescences.

In a frying pan pour sesame oil and fry, cut into strips, ginger 1 minute.

Add the onions, fry for 1 min.

Squid with kiwi fruit, 2-3 min.

Peppers and carrots for 2-3 min.

Broccoli, 2-3 min.

In the end add the juice of half a lemon and oyster sauce. Simmer for 2 minutes without covering with a lid. On the side is the best rice. BON APPETIT!
