Meat with Brussels sprouts

Ingredients

  • Meat

    750 g

  • Carrots

    300 g

  • Brussels sprouts

    300 g

  • Onion

    1 piece

  • Tomato

    2 piece

  • Sauce

    2 Tbsp

Pieces of meat, like chops, fry a little on high heat, put in the pot

Prepare the vegetables: in vegetable oil fry onions, add diced tomatoes (without them), baby carrots (baby), Brussels sprouts, fry a little. Add a tablespoon of flour and tomato sauce, stir well.

Then add water to cover the vegetables. Bring to boil, season with salt and pepper

Pour the meat with vegetables with sauce and simmer 30 minutes.

Turned out tender meat with a wonderful sauce, however, I'm not a big fan of Brussels sprouts, so almost all ate husband, and I enjoyed the meat and carrots.
