We have named this fish not because it is bad! :-))) But because its preparation is used a hell. Interesting and very tasty combination. Help yourself!!!

Prepared fish cut into portions. Sprinkle with lemon juice (vinegar) and sprinkle with salt.
In oiled ovenproof form to put the fish.
Put in the oven (150*C) and bake for about 15 minutes. Then the form to get the fish to flip on the other side. To put another 15 minutes. Mix the sour cream with horseradish. Get the form and pour the fish with the mixture.Put in oven for 20 minutes.
