Banana cake in the microwave
Delicious and moist cake with a strong banana flavor, which is nice combined with creamy caramel sauce and is prepared in a few minutes. A great option for Breakfast.

Ingredients

  • Banana

  • Powdered sugar

    2 Tbsp

  • Vanilla sugar

    1 pack

  • Chicken egg

    1 piece

  • Butter

    1 Tbsp

  • Flour

    2 Tbsp

  • Leavening agent

    0.5 tsp

  • Sugar

    20 g

  • Butter

    1 tsp

  • Cream

    1 Tbsp

In a bowl mash the banana, mix it with icing sugar, vanilla sugar, beat the egg, add soft butter, flour and baking powder.

Now it only remains to put it in a Cup and put it in the microwave. If you cook all at once, the cooking time needs to be increased to 3.5 to 4 minutes at a power of 850 watts. If you divide the dough into two portions, then it is enough for 2.5 minutes. While baked cake, prepare sauce. To do this in a saucepan heat the sugar until a rich Golden color ( I got a little burnt, but the taste is not affected ).
