This cake can be classified as dietary. There is quite a bit of sugar, a lot of different seeds. The structure is tight. My family was divided in assessing this muffin: me and my mom, a lover of sunflower seeds, he loved it. Children and husband was slightly disappointed, waiting for sweet pastries... Cooking
Seeds mix and lightly fry in a dry pan.
Sift flour, mix with corn, add sugar, salt, baking powder and seeds.
Next in a separate bowl mix the cheese, yogurt, grated on a coarse grater Apple ( with peel ).
Mix the dry and liquid ingredients. Put into a form ( with a diameter of 20-23 cm ) and bake in a preheated до180 degree oven until tender, about 40 minutes.
The finished cake to cool and sprinkle with powdered sugar.
