The fresh vegetable salad in aspic of chicken broth. It looks beautiful on the holiday table. Jelly does not melt, how long will they stand and to decorate the table. Delicious and flavorful broth suitable to the hot potatoes and any dish from fish and meat.

Cooking
Gelatin is filled with cold water and leave to swell.
Cut thin strips of pepper.
Shredded red and white cabbage.
Prepared pepper, cabbage and green peas. Frozen peas pre-scalded with hot water.
In a saucepan with swollen gelatin poured hot broth and stirred until then, until dissolved gelatin. Chicken broth. Fillet boiled in salted water with spices. In the dissolved gelatin poured pepper, sugar, squeezed lemon juice, poured soy sauce and muttered. If not enough salt, add to taste. Then poured the broth in four containers of the same diameter. Two of the containers bottom is flat, and the other two are round. A fifth container of liquid left to add.
Filled the containers with veggies, added the broth to the brim and put in the fridge to solidify. Jelly froze within 30 minutes. To remove jelly, capacity put on a minute in a bowl of hot water. Connected the salad bowls with salad in a sundae dish.
Got two transparent globe. Balls stood well in the plate.
Salad in jelly will decorate any holiday table.
