This recipe came to me when there was a question about - what to do with excess starter. Similar recipes, in this case, really help out! Delicious, lush and very tender!

Cooking
Our products on the dough. I usually either put in the morning - then bake in the afternoon or in the evening - bake for Breakfast.
Mix all the ingredients. It is quite viscous mass. Close with cling film and put somewhere in a locker.
Before kneading the dough I've dealt with toppings - cleaned and sliced Apple and shredded onion as thinly as possible. Can be filled with wise, and wise!
Here's a bubbly and fragrant sourdough turns out. Oatmeal is swollen, but the texture saved it...
Beat in salt, sugar, eggs.
And gradually we pour the flour, sifted with soda. Do not forget to stir to avoid lumps.
I fry pancakes on 2 pans, so as not to mix the flavors of the fillings. Can and on one, but then first with Apple, then with onions. The first pan went oladushki for every 1 tbsp of dough and a bit of onion - not very many try to believe - it will fly.
And in this pan the same thing, only on top of the dough put a few slices of Apple.
Fry with 2 sides - they are very good at climbing!

Can be served with sour cream, can of Apple and honey to water
