Blackcurrant muffins buttermilk
Cupcakes in my family favorite pastries! So I try to make them not only delicious, but also, as is! And, of course, to use them for seasonal berries and fruits!

Ingredients

  • Oat flakes

    1 cup

  • Wholegrain wheat flour

    1 cup

  • Flour

    0.5 cup

  • Brown sugar

    1 cup

  • Black currants

    1 cup

  • Buttermilk

    200 ml

  • Orange juice

    100 ml

  • Vegetable oil

    2 Tbsp

  • Chicken egg

    1 piece

  • Leavening agent

    1 tsp

  • Almonds

    50 g

Based on 12 cupcakes. In one container mix crushed corn flakes and almonds, 2 kinds sifted flour, sugar and baking powder.

Secondly, the capacity to mix all the wet ingredients (buttermilk, orange juice, egg and vegetable oil).

Both masses to combine, knead thick dough (like thick cream).

Add black currants and mix.

Muffin tin greased with butter or to make them special paper molds. Put them in the dough. Preheat the oven to 180 gr., bake for 40-45 minutes.
