Cooking
We prepare our ingredients, it will be fast. In a bowl, combine sugar, baking powder, salt, vanilla sugar, add the eggs and carefully beat with a mixer. Pour the cream and whisk. Add the zest of one lemon and whisk. Add the sifted flour and mix thoroughly to avoid lumps. The dough is ready.
I decided to make half of the dough chocolate, so I divided it into two parts (the eyes). One got cocoa.
Prepare the ramekins (in my case in batch), and you can bake all in one. I decided to "play", so the bottom of the molds laid out a bit of dough, added a little chocolate drops. Then the top has the chocolate dough on top of berries and currants, slightly utaplivaja them in the batter.
In another form, I laid out the dough is the opposite - first the chocolate, then vanilla. Chocolate dough, only a little bit, I put it in small silicone molds (it's a bonus for adults, they may of the whole cupcake eating). I want to note that cupcakes grow very well, so the forms should be filled no more than 2/3.
Put it into the preheated oven to 180 degrees and bake until done, check on a dry splinter, since all ovens are different and the shape is also different size. I for example, in some molds were baked for 20 minutes, others 25. If there is a single large cake, you may need 40-45 minutes. The finished product turn on the grill and cooled.
Sprinkle with powdered sugar, if you wish, you can some syrup, icing, caramel (for sweet tooth), and call the kids for tea. Bon appetit!
