Egg salads are very common in Poland, they often are prepared at Easter and during the week after the holiday (and no wonder, as many eggs are usually cooked for Easter :)) I Present to You one of variants of preparation of this salad. It turns out he has a gentle texture and quite spicy taste. The cooking process will not cause You any difficulty.

Cooking
A packet of rice from Mistral to throw in boiling water.
Cook for 12-15 minutes until the rice is tender. To get the bag from water, let cool. For salad, we need half a bag of rice.
Hard-boiled eggs and pickled cucumbers to grate on a coarse grater.
Cheese also grate on a coarse grater. For this salad is well suited cheeses such as Emmental or Maasdam, but you can take any other variety.
Mix mayonnaise with mustard and white pepper.
Mix all ingredients, season. Salad let stand in refrigerator for at least 6-8 hours, on request it can be put on lettuce leaves.
