On a large grater to grate zucchini.
Add to it the minced chicken, egg, salt, pepper, starch, finely chopped onion, squeeze the garlic. Mix well.
Preheat a skillet vegetable oil, spread the stuffing with a spoon forming the Patty. TIP:whatever cutlets turned out juicy, turn over during cooking as often as possible.
