Liver baked with breadcrumbs and garlic.

Ingredients

  • Beef liver

    200 g

  • Carrots

    1 piece

  • Garlic

    2 tooth

  • Bread crumbs

    40 g

  • Bay leaf

    1 piece

  • Allspice

  • Butter

  • Salt

  • Black pepper

In cold water, lay a Bay leaf, allspice, sliced carrots and salt, stir and bring to a boil.

Then into the water put the liver and cook until tender.

The liver is cut into pieces.

In greased with butter a baking sheet lay out the slices of liver on top and put chopped garlic. All poperchit, sprinkle with the breadcrumbs. Bake for 5-7 minutes at a temperature of 160 degrees.
