Cooking
A small digression !!!! I cooked quite a bit ,my husband for once!!! But all the products are indicated for at least 3 servings!!! The meat is cut into cubes of medium size , a little pepper, but no salt
Less onion half rings( I want to say that this meat is never too much onions) carrots grate on a coarse grater. All fry in vegetable oil until Golden brown.
Add the meat to the onions and also fry until the appearance of a small cover.
Pour the broth and cover with a lid. our meat has to stew for 20 minutes. Then we add the meat, prunes and wine. close and 25 minutes.
After 25 minutes we all put in a crock pot and put in oven for 10 minutes.The taste is just excellent. Bon appetit
