Trout baked in foil
Tender and flavorful, the fish just melts in your mouth!

Ingredients

  • Trout

    2 piece

  • Zucchini

    1 piece

  • Carrots

    1 piece

  • Butter

  • Salt

  • Seasoning

  • Lemon

  • Cream

Gutting the fish and remove the scales thoroughly rinsed and dried with paper towel.

Ready RUB the fish with salt, freshly ground pepper and a blend of Italian herbs, sprinkle with lemon juice. Leave to marinate for 30 minutes.
