Cooking
Heated milk and water, add to warm milk with water, yeast, sugar, salt, stir. Here sift the rye flour, stir, add the sunflower oil, stir. Now gradually sift the flour and knead (flour can go a little less or more).
When the dough will become dense spread it on the table and begin to knead gradually adding the flour. The dough was a little unusual, slightly sticky and resembles a soft clay!)
The dough should get soft, not hard, not beaten flour. Put it in a bowl, tightly cover with a lid or cling film and put it in a warm place for 1 hour (I put in elektropechku and include 40-50°)

Abenaim the dough and roll out into a rectangular formation.
I sprinkled the dough with flax seeds and sesame seeds, you can posimat cumin on your imagination))
Suscipiam qualitatively the edges, put the bread seam side down on a baking sheet and put in a warm place for 15 minutes.
RUB the top with flour. Put into the oven at 170 degrees for 20-30 minutes.
Get and waiting for it to cool! Do not cut hot bread!
