Pancake with oatmeal
Tortilla bean broth with cereals, with fennel green, and cumin seeds. Just made a bean pate bean LIMA TM MISTRAL and it was a pity to pour the broth left over after cooking the beans. That was such a beautiful cake. Very tasty and of course useful.

Ingredients

  • The broth

    200 ml

  • Oat flakes

    6 Tbsp

  • Sugar

    1 Tbsp

  • Salt

    0.5 tsp

  • Chicken egg

    1 piece

  • Sunflower oil

    2 Tbsp

  • Flour

    2 Tbsp

  • Cumin

    0.25 tsp

  • Sunflower seeds

    1 Tbsp

  • Dill

    3 piece

Cooking

Did bean pate bean LIMA TM MISTRAL and the remaining 1 Cup of broth from under her. Added sugar, salt, egg and mix.

Took the broth and poured it oat flakes. Gave five minutes to them to swell.

Got flour and added sunflower oil. Everybody joined.

Finely chopped dill.

Added finely chopped garlic.

Put all the dough, stir and put the dough in a non-stick pizza shape. On top sprinkle with cumin and sunflower seeds. Put in a preheated oven until t 180 C for 20 minutes. Pulled the nearly finished cake and the top brush with sunflower oil grease and sent another 5 minutes. Be guided by your oven.
