  • Buckwheat

    250 g

  • Pepper

    1 piece

  • Carrots

    1 piece

  • Onion

    1 piece

  • Olive oil

    2 Tbsp

  • Sesame

    3 Tbsp

  • Greens

  • Green onions

Put on to cook buckwheat, in the meantime, fry in a dry frying pan 2-3 tbsp. of sesame seeds. And pour it into a bowl, we'll need it later.
