Pancakes with Polish sauce
This sauce is usually served with fish, but I really like the combination of pancakes. The sauce is thick, with a citric acidity.

Ingredients

  • Milk

    250 ml

  • Chicken egg

    1 piece

  • Sugar

    1 tsp

  • Salt

  • Flour

    0.5 cup

  • Butter

    200 g

  • Chicken egg

    4 piece

  • Lemon

    0.5 piece

  • Parsley

    3 sprig
