Chicken in vegetable gravy
One of my favorite dishes for every day.

Ingredients

  • Ketchup

  • Tomato

  • Carrots

  • Chicken

  • Sweet pepper

  • Mayonnaise

  • Salt

Lightly fry the chicken in vegetable oil

Scatter the carrots, stir and fry a little

Add ketchup and mayonnaise. Mix

Pour boiling water to just cover the Kura. Add peppers and tomatoes (I had frozen). Season with salt to taste. Cover and simmer until the vegetables are soft, stirring occasionally and adding water as boiling. I have the extinguishing took 25-30 minutes.
