Cooking
In a bowl mix warm milk, salt, sugar, eggs, flour, baking powder, mix everything.
Add 2 tbsp. of sunflower oil with added olive, "Olive mix" from "Oleyna"
Grease a pancake pan heated with oil "Oleyna" (sunflower oil with added olive, "Olive mix" ). Bake pancakes in the usual way.
Of this amount, I got 16 pancakes. 1 serving (3 skewers), we will need 3 pancakes.
In a saucepan put sugar and the blueberries (I had frozen). Pour water and heated to dissolve the sugar.
At a gentle simmer ovarium mass until thick (about 5 minutes). Remove to cool.
Mix cream and cream cheese, beat with a mixer in a homogeneous cream.
Add the cream to the cooled blueberries. Stir.
Take a pancake, the edges are cut off, spread with creamy blueberry filling.
Each roll cut into "rolls" length of 3 cm Strung rolls on the skewers. "Defective" pieces I was strung.
Prepare the glaze of white chocolate. Mix white chocolate and cream, heated to simmer, stirring to dissolve the chocolate.
Sprinkle rolls with chocolate icing. Allow to cool, put in refrigerator.
