Pancake rolls on skewers
Delicious pancakes with the original filing. This dessert is sure to delight, both children and adults.

Ingredients

  • Sunflower oil

    2 Tbsp

  • Flour

    400 g

  • Milk

    500 ml

  • Sugar

    2 Tbsp

  • Salt

    0.5 tsp

  • Chicken egg

    2 piece

  • Leavening agent

    0.5 tsp

  • Cheese curd

    100 g

  • Cream

    2 Tbsp

  • Sugar

    2 Tbsp

  • Blueberries

    50 g

  • Water

    2 Tbsp

  • White chocolate

    50 g

  • Cream

    2 Tbsp

  • Powdered sugar

Cooking

In a bowl mix warm milk, salt, sugar, eggs, flour, baking powder, mix everything.

Add 2 tbsp. of sunflower oil with added olive, "Olive mix" from "Oleyna"

All mix well with mixer.

Grease a pancake pan heated with oil "Oleyna" (sunflower oil with added olive, "Olive mix" ). Bake pancakes in the usual way.

Of this amount, I got 16 pancakes. 1 serving (3 skewers), we will need 3 pancakes.

In a saucepan put sugar and the blueberries (I had frozen). Pour water and heated to dissolve the sugar.
