Cooking
To prepare the right ingredients. Butter and egg should be at room temperature. Chop the chocolate into pieces approximately 1 cm.
Flour mixture: mix flour, soda and cornstarch.
In a separate container, whisk thoroughly (about 5 minutes) the butter, sugar and fatinovy (brown) sugar. Then add the egg and vanilla sugar. Whisk at low speed until smooth.
Add flour mixture and mix. Then add the chopped chocolate. Put the dough in the fridge for about 30 minutes.
Preheat the oven to 175 degrees. Cover a baking sheet with parchment paper. Shape a small not very dense balls using two teaspoons (hands will be too dense). Of this number the test I got 35 pieces and it all climbed to two over the meat. Balls should be placed at a distance of about 2 cm from each other. The top does not flatten as you all do gravity. :)
Bake on the middle shelf of the oven for 10 - 12 minutes (one protivin at a time), until cookies are slightly browned on the sides (quite a bit) and no longer shiny. Main thing is not to overdo, since they have to be soft when pulling from the oven.
Allow the cookies to cool slightly on protivene (2-3 minutes), then place them on the grill until cool.
A cookie is stored in the package (we have in the jar :) ) for about a week, but we are over much faster.
